This is a fully restored and GORGEOUS 1940 Ford that my father owned. He just paid to have it fully restored and only had the opportunity to show it at an Air & Car show in Rome, Georgia where he placed 2nd in his class with the car just before he passed away in December. Sadly, we cannot keep the car ourselves. He had $45,000.00 put into the restoration and we are asking only $36,000.00 (OR BEST OFFER). It's a STEAL! The car runs great with less than 500 miles on it since restoration. The engine is a late 40 Ford V8 Flat Head original for this model (but not the original engine that came with the car). The rear end is from a 77 Ford Granada. It’s a four-door (back doors are suicide doors!). It has no heat, no air and no radio (keeping it as original as possible). It does have keyless entry, disc brakes, brand new radiator, new tires/wheels, it has a C4 automatic transmission on the column, and more! Interior is fully restored and newly fabricated by “Alante” (a very expensive leather-look and feel like real leather) and is very comfortable. There is a trailer hitch in the back as well. Dad was planning to have his mobility scooter with him when he traveled in the car one day...
